Hello! I’m Andrea, a strategic program and experience leader who builds the systems, programs, and experiences that help people (and the organizations they work for) move forward. I’m also a speaker and facilitator exploring ideas around leadership, adaptability, AI and the future of work, continuous improvement, experience design, and what happens after we achieve the things we worked so hard to reach. In August 2026, I brought that perspective to the TEDx Parrish Street stage. My career has taken me from technology and marketing into HR business operations, workforce transformation, learning and development, executive programming, and enterprise experience design. That range has shaped how I approach my work today: I understand the strategy, but I also know how to operationalize it. At Cisco, I lead and design enterprise learning experiences, leadership programs, executive engagements, conferences, and workforce initiatives that connect business priorities to meaningful employee experiences. My work spans everything from AI readiness and professional development to organizational change, portfolio operations, onboarding, and large-scale event strategy. Some of the work I’m especially proud of includes leading a flagship leadership and innovation conference reaching 400+ participants while increasing attendance by 50% and delivering $100K in year-over-year savings; designing an AI Readiness Summit that translated enterprise AI priorities into hands-on learning for 165+ attendees; and building scalable operational frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across complex portfolios. But the thread connecting all of my work is simple: I design experiences that move people forward. That’s the work I love. Let’s connect!!
