Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 July 2026

This policy explains what PulseCheck stores, why we store it, and the control you have over it. It covers two groups: facilitators who hold accounts, and attendees who submit feedback.

Facilitator data we hold

Your name, email address, plan, and any organisation branding you add (organisation name, logo URL, brand colour). We also store the sessions, speaker profiles and reports you create.

Attendee data we hold

Reactions, star ratings and optional comments. Name and role are optional and only stored if the attendee types them. We don't require attendees to create accounts, and we don't store attendee IP addresses alongside their responses.

How we use it

To run your sessions, aggregate results, generate AI session read-outs, provide support and process payments. We do not sell personal data and we don't use your feedback content to train third-party models beyond generating your own report.

Processors we rely on

Hosting and database (including authentication) run on our managed cloud infrastructure. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your billing details directly. AI read-outs are generated through our AI gateway using the session feedback text you've collected.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, sessions, speaker profiles, feedback and reports are deleted. Billing records are retained where required for tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

From Settings you can export a complete JSON copy of your data at any time, and delete your account and its data permanently. You can also ask us to correct information that's wrong.

Security

Access to data is enforced at the database level: facilitators can only read their own sessions and the feedback attached to them. Attendee submission links only allow writing feedback, never reading other people's responses.
