Terms of Service

Last updated 28 July 2026

These terms govern your use of PulseCheck ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single facilitator unless you're on a Corporate plan, which covers the internal speaker seats stated for that tier.

2. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged; we'll give notice before changing them.

Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free Starter plan. We don't provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use PulseCheck to collect unlawful content, harass individuals, attempt to identify anonymous respondents against their expectations, probe or breach our security, or resell the Service without our agreement.

5. Your content

You own the sessions, speaker profiles and feedback collected through your account. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content to run the Service, including generating AI session read-outs.

6. AI-generated output

AI summaries, themes and suggested actions are generated automatically from attendee feedback and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them for decisions about people.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep PulseCheck available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions go to support via the Help page.
